2. אילו פרטים אנחנו אוספים ולאיזו מטרה
- בהרשמה: שם מלא, טלפון, אימייל, ניסיון עם AI, שפת האתר, מועד ההרשמה ומועד ההסכמה לתנאים. המטרות: לשריין לכם מקום, לשלוח לכם אישור ועדכונים על הקורס, לתאם את ביקור הבית, להתאים את הלימוד לרמה שלכם ולנהל את רשימת ההמתנה.
- בהודעת ביטול: שם מלא, מספר זהות או דרכון, טלפון או אימייל, מספר הרשמה והערה אם כתבתם. המטרה: לטפל בביטול ובהחזר הכספי. החוק דורש שם ומספר זהות בהודעת ביטול.
- בתשלום: שם וסכום. המטרה: להוציא קבלה.
- כשאתם פונים אלינו: מה שאתם כותבים ופרטי הקשר שלכם. המטרה: לענות לכם.
- בגלישה: נתונים טכניים כמו כתובת IP, אצל ספקי השירות שבסעיף 4. המטרה: להפעיל את האתר ולהגן עליו.
3. חובה או רשות
החוק לא מחייב אתכם למסור פרטים. מסירתם תלויה ברצונכם ובהסכמתכם. בלי הפרטים בטופס ההרשמה אי אפשר להירשם לקורס, ובלי הפרטים בטופס הביטול אי אפשר לטפל בביטול דרך הטופס. אפשר תמיד לבטל גם בדרכים האחרות שבתקנון.
4. למי הפרטים מועברים ולמה
- Google: פרטי ההרשמה נשמרים ב-Google Sheets, והאישורים נשלחים דרך Gmail ו-Google Apps Script. הגופנים של האתר נטענים מ-Google Fonts, ולכן Google מקבלת את כתובת ה-IP שלכם.
- Cloudflare: מאחסנת את האתר ומעבדת נתונים טכניים כמו כתובת IP.
- Anthropic: עילי נעזר ב-Claude בניהול ההרשמות, ולכן פרטי הרשמה עשויים לעבור דרכו.
- WhatsApp: רק אם בחרתם לפנות אלינו בוואטסאפ.
- רואה חשבון ורשויות המס: פרטי קבלות, לפי מה שהדין דורש.
אנחנו לא מוכרים את הפרטים שלכם, ולא מעבירים אותם לאף אחד אחר, אלא אם החוק מחייב אותנו.
5. העברה אל מחוץ לישראל
ספקי השירות שבסעיף 4 שומרים ומעבדים מידע גם על שרתים מחוץ לישראל. בהרשמה אתם מסכימים להעברה הזו.
6. כמה זמן הפרטים נשמרים
פרטי ההרשמה והביטול נמחקים 12 חודשים אחרי סיום המחזור שלכם. קבלות נשמרות לתקופה שדיני המס דורשים.
7. הזכויות שלכם
יש לכם זכות לעיין בפרטים שלכם (סעיף 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות) ולבקש לתקן פרטים שגויים (סעיף 14). אפשר גם לבקש למחוק אותם. כתבו אל ונענה לכם תוך 30 יום. אפשר להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות במשרד המשפטים.
8. עוגיות ומעקב
האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות, בכלי אנליטיקה, בפיקסלים או בפרסום ממוקד. הדבר היחיד שהוא שומר בדפדפן שלכם הוא בחירת השפה.
9. אבטחה
התקשורת עם האתר מוצפנת, והגישה לרשימת ההרשמות מוגבלת לעילי. אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה שנוגע לפרטים שלכם, נעדכן אתכם.
10. הודעות
נשלח לכם רק הודעות שקשורות לקורס שנרשמתם אליו. לא נשלח לכם פרסומות בלי הסכמה מפורשת ונפרדת.
11. שינויים במדיניות
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד.

1. Who is responsible for your details

2. What we collect and why
- When you register: full name, phone, email, AI experience, site language, registration time and the time you agreed to the terms. Purposes: to reserve your seat, send your confirmation and course updates, arrange your home visit, match the teaching to your level and run the waitlist.
- In a cancellation notice: full name, ID or passport number, phone or email, booking reference and any note you write. Purpose: to handle your cancellation and refund. The law asks for your name and ID number in a cancellation notice.
- When you pay: name and amount. Purpose: to issue a receipt.
- When you contact us: what you write and your contact details. Purpose: to answer you.
- When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, held by the providers in section 4. Purpose: to run and protect the site.
3. Is it compulsory?
No law requires you to give us these details. Giving them is up to you and depends on your consent. Without the details in the booking form you cannot register, and without the details in the cancellation form we cannot handle a cancellation through that form. You can always cancel in the other ways listed in the Terms.
4. Who receives your details and why
- Google: registration details are stored in Google Sheets, and confirmations are sent through Gmail and Google Apps Script. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses.
- Anthropic: Ilae uses Claude to help manage registrations, so registration details may pass through it.
- WhatsApp: only if you choose to contact us there.
- Accountant and tax authorities: receipt details, as the law requires.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else unless the law requires it.
5. Transfer outside Israel
The providers in section 4 store and process data on servers outside Israel as well. You agree to this transfer when you register.
6. How long we keep your details
Registration and cancellation details are deleted 12 months after your cohort ends. Receipts are kept for as long as tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You have the right to see your details (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law) and to ask us to correct wrong details (section 14). You can also ask us to delete them. Write to and we will answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.
8. Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics, pixels or targeted advertising. The only thing it keeps in your browser is your language choice.
9. Security
Communication with the site is encrypted, and access to the registrations list is limited to Ilae. If a security incident affects your details, we will tell you.
10. Messages
We only send messages about the course you registered for. We will not send you advertising without your separate, explicit consent.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
