1. מי מוכר את הקורס
הקורס "Negev-Ai-Class" (להלן: הקורס) נמכר ומועבר על ידי:

התקנון פונה לכל המגדרים. המילה "אנחנו" מתייחסת למוכר.
2. הקורס
- חמישה ימים ברצף, מיום ראשון עד יום חמישי. המועדים של כל מחזור מופיעים בעמוד ההרשמה.
- יום ראשון: עילי מגיע אליכם הביתה, בשעה שתתאמו יחד, ומתקין את Claude Code על המחשב הנייד שלכם. זו התקנה בלבד, והלימוד מתחיל ביום שני. ביקורי הבית מתקיימים במדרשת בן־גוריון בלבד.
- שני עד חמישי: מפגש קבוצתי של שעה וחצי בכל יום, בכנעניה, בשעות 18:00–19:30. הקבוצה קטנה, ואפשר להזיז שעות בהסכמה.
- עד חמישה משתתפים בכל מחזור. שפת הלימוד עברית.
- הקורס מיועד למי שמלאו לו 18 שנים.
3. מחיר ותשלום
- מחיר הקורס הוא ₪2,000. זה המחיר הסופי. המוכר הוא עוסק פטור, ולכן לא מתווסף מע״מ.
- התשלום במזומן בלבד, ביום האחרון של הקורס, וכנגד קבלה. אין תשלום באתר.
- ההצעה בתוקף לכל מחזור עד שהמקומות מתמלאים או עד היום הראשון של המחזור, לפי המוקדם מביניהם.
4. עלות נוספת: מנוי Claude Pro
כדי לעבוד עם Claude Code צריך מנוי Claude Pro בתשלום. המנוי עולה כיום כ-20 דולר לחודש (בערך ₪60 לפי השער). את המחיר קובעת Anthropic, והוא עשוי להשתנות. משלמים ישירות ל-Anthropic בכרטיס אשראי, וזה הסכם נפרד ביניכם לבינה. המנוי לא כלול במחיר הקורס, ולא נגבה ולא יוחזר על ידינו. אפשר לבטל אותו אצל Anthropic בכל עת.
5. מה צריך
מחשב נייד (מק או ווינדוס), חיבור לאינטרנט בבית, כתובת אימייל וכרטיס אשראי למנוי. אין מחשב נייד? כתבו לנו לפני ההרשמה ונמצא פתרון.
6. הרשמה ורשימת המתנה
נרשמים בטופס באתר, והאישור נשלח במייל. אם המחזור מלא, נרשמים לרשימת המתנה. אם יתפנה מקום, עילי ייצור קשר לפי סדר ההרשמה. רשימת ההמתנה לא מחייבת בתשלום.
7. ביטול והחזר כספי
הביטול אצלנו פשוט, ורחב ממה שהחוק דורש:
- אפשר לבטל בכל רגע, בלי הודעה מראש ובלי דמי ביטול.
- ביטלתם לפני שהקורס התחיל? לא משלמים כלום.
- ביטלתם אחרי שהקורס התחיל? משלמים ₪400 על כל יום שכבר התקיים, ולא משלמים על הימים שנשארו. לדוגמה: ביטלתם ביום שלישי, לפני המפגש של אותו יום, ומשלמים ₪800 על ראשון ושני.
- אם שילמתם על יום שלא התקיים, הסכום יוחזר לכם במזומן, לכל היותר 14 ימים אחרי שקיבלנו את הודעת הביטול.

בהודעת הביטול ציינו שם מלא ומספר זהות או דרכון.
אזרח ותיק (בן 65 ומעלה), אדם עם מוגבלות או עולה חדש רשאים, בתנאים שקובע סעיף 14ג1 לחוק הגנת הצרכן, לבטל בתוך ארבעה חודשים עסקה שכללה שיחה עם המוכר. שום דבר בתקנון הזה לא גורע מהזכויות שלכם לפי החוק.
8. אם אנחנו מבטלים או משנים
אם מפגש לא יכול להתקיים, נתאם מועד חלופי. אם אי אפשר, או שהמועד לא מתאים לכם, לא תשלמו על אותו יום. אם המחזור כולו מבוטל, תשלמו רק על ימים שהתקיימו.
9. ביקור הבית
- אתם נוכחים לאורך כל הביקור, ועילי עובד על המחשב שלכם רק ברשותכם.
- מותקן רק מה שנדרש לקורס ושאישרתם: Claude Code, עורך הקוד VS Code ותוכנת הפתקים Obsidian.
- אתם מקלידים בעצמכם את הסיסמאות שלכם ונכנסים לחשבונות שלכם. עילי לא שומר סיסמאות, קבצים או מידע מהמחשב שלכם.
- כדאי לגבות קבצים חשובים לפני הביקור.
10. תוכנה של צד שלישי ו-AI
- Claude ו-Claude Code הם מוצרים של Anthropic. הקורס עצמאי, ואין לו קשר ל-Anthropic, לא בשותפות ולא באישור שלה.
- השימוש בתוכנה כפוף לתנאים של יצרניה.
- כלי AI עלולים לטעות. בדקו את מה שהם מפיקים לפני שאתם מסתמכים עליו או מפרסמים אותו. האחריות למה שאתם מפרסמים או שולחים היא שלכם.
- דוגמאות שמוצגות באתר ובסרטון הן של אנשים ומערכות מסוימים, ולא הבטחה לתוצאה מסוימת.
11. אחריות
נעביר את הקורס במיומנות ובזהירות סבירות. איננו אחראים לתקלות בשירותים של אחרים שאיננו שולטים בהם, כמו Anthropic או ספק האינטרנט שלכם. שום דבר בתקנון הזה לא מגביל אחריות שאי אפשר להגביל לפי דין, לרבות אחריות לרשלנות.
12. חומרי הקורס
חומרי הקורס נועדו לשימוש האישי שלכם. אין להפיץ או למכור אותם בלי אישור. מה שתבנו בקורס שייך לכם.
13. פרטיות ונגישות
הטיפול בפרטים שלכם מתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. אם אתם צריכים התאמה כלשהי, ראו את הצהרת הנגישות.
14. שינויים בתקנון
ייתכן שנעדכן את התקנון. על הרשמה שכבר בוצעה חלים התנאים שהיו בתוקף ביום ההרשמה.
15. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על התקנון חל הדין הישראלי. מחלוקות יידונו בבית המשפט המוסמך בישראל לפי הדין הכללי.
16. שפה
התקנון כתוב בעברית ובאנגלית. אם יש ביניהם סתירה, הנוסח העברי קובע.

1. Who sells the course
The "Negev-Ai-Class" course (the course) is sold and taught by:

"We" and "us" mean the seller.
2. The course
- Five days in a row, Sunday to Thursday. The dates of each cohort are on the booking page.
- Sunday: Ilae comes to your home, at a time you agree together, and installs Claude Code on your laptop. This is the installation only; teaching starts on Monday. Home visits are in Midreshet Ben-Gurion only.
- Monday to Thursday: a 1.5-hour group session each day at Knaaniya, 18:00–19:30. The group is small, so times can move by agreement.
- Up to five people per cohort. The course is taught in Hebrew.
- The course is for people aged 18 or over.
3. Price and payment
- The course costs ₪2,000. This is the final price. The seller is an exempt dealer, so no VAT is added.
- Payment is in cash only, on the last day of the course, against a receipt. Nothing is charged online.
- The offer stands for each cohort until its seats are full or until its first day, whichever comes first.
4. Extra cost: Claude Pro subscription
Claude Code needs a paid Claude Pro subscription. It currently costs about $20 a month (roughly ₪60 at today's rate). Anthropic sets this price and may change it. You pay Anthropic directly by credit card, under a separate agreement between you and Anthropic. The subscription is not included in the course price, and we neither collect nor refund it. You can cancel it with Anthropic at any time.
5. What you need
A laptop (Mac or Windows), internet at home, an email address and a credit card for the subscription. No laptop? Write to us before you register and we will find a solution.
6. Registration and the waitlist
You register with the form on this site and the confirmation arrives by email. If a cohort is full, you join the waitlist. If a seat opens up, Ilae contacts people in the order they registered. The waitlist costs nothing.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling is simple, and goes further than the law requires:
- You can cancel at any moment, with no notice and no fee.
- Cancel before the course starts? You pay nothing.
- Cancel after it starts? You pay ₪400 for each day that has already happened, and nothing for the days left. For example, if you cancel on Tuesday before that day's session, you pay ₪800 for Sunday and Monday.
- If you have paid for a day that did not happen, you get that money back in cash within 14 days of us receiving your notice at the latest.

Please include your full name and ID or passport number in your notice.
A senior citizen (65 or over), a person with a disability or a new immigrant may, on the conditions in section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law, cancel within four months a transaction that included a conversation with the seller. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the law.
8. If we cancel or change something
If a session cannot take place, we will arrange another time. If that is not possible, or the new time does not suit you, you do not pay for that day. If a whole cohort is cancelled, you pay only for days that happened.
9. The home visit
- You stay present for the whole visit, and Ilae works on your computer only with your permission.
- Only what the course needs and you approve is installed: Claude Code, the VS Code editor and the Obsidian notes app.
- You type your own passwords and log in to your own accounts. Ilae keeps no passwords, files or data from your computer.
- It is a good idea to back up important files before the visit.
10. Third-party software and AI
- Claude and Claude Code are products of Anthropic. This course is independent and is not connected to, run with or approved by Anthropic.
- Use of the software is subject to its makers' terms.
- AI tools can make mistakes. Check what they produce before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for what you publish or send.
- Examples on this site and in the video are of particular people and systems, and are not a promise of any particular result.
11. Liability
We will teach the course with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for faults in other people's services that we do not control, such as Anthropic or your internet provider. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for negligence.
12. Course materials
The course materials are for your personal use. Please do not share or sell them without permission. What you build in the course is yours.
13. Privacy and accessibility
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details. If you need any adjustment, see the accessibility statement.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A registration already made stays under the terms in force on the day it was made.
15. Law and courts
Israeli law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Israel under the general law.
16. Language
These terms exist in Hebrew and English. If they conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
